Program Overview

The Department of Islamic Studies aims to become a world-class center of excellence in Islamic knowledge by fostering an outstanding environment for research, teaching, and learning. The department’s curriculum provides a comprehensive understanding of traditional Islamic sciences, including the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, and Islamic History, while also incorporating modern and practical courses to address contemporary challenges such as terrorism, extremism, and sectarianism. Our goal is to equip students with strong ethical values, intellectual capabilities, and critical thinking skills, enabling them to play an active and positive role in society.
